Chromium 120 mcg

Fermentable fibre

3-8 g

Copper 2 mg                  Natural source
     As chromium yeast
     In chelate form
     As selenium yeast
     At least 60% genistein
     Hydrochloride not sulphate
Iodine 100 mg
Magnesium 50 mg
Manganese 2 mg
Molybdenum 100 mcg
Selenium 150 mcg
Zinc 10 mg
The above combination should give you a vastly superior defence against free radical damage (and indeed, I believe, other health threats) than a simple multi-vitamin/mineral tablet. It represents an ideal baseline of nutrition to extend the years in which wear and repair (ie. anabolic and catabolic forces) are in balance. It is also a baseline support to the immune system.

Disclosure: I have consulted for Uni-Vite Healthcare Ltd, who I’m pleased have produced a supplement that meets all these criteria. It’s available from www.nutrishield.com
